Originating from the high-altitude slopes of the Sainte-Baume, the Blacailloux wines inherit an unrivalled minerality and freshness that give them balance and complexity. Nature’s work is refined during the early morning harvest and in the winery, where the grapes are meticulously sorted, pressed and fermented. A process that brings out the essence of the Rolle, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Merlot grapes, sometimes matured on their lees or combined with wood. Our rosé wines showcase the full expression of the grape variety displaying elegant aromas and a well-crafted finish. Very fresh and low in alcohol, they can be enjoyed by all.

Our white wines showcase Vermentino, the emblematic grape variety of the Coteaux Varois en Provence. Combined with the freshness of the terroir, it delivers wines of great character.
